Premier Color Nursery was established in 1991 with the vision to grow  Gourmet Grown®  bedding plants and to provide incredible customer service.

    In our never ending quest to provide our customers with one stop shopping for annuals, herbs, perennials, and specialty color, we constantly evaluate crops to provide long lasting, superior performing varieties and wean weaker cultivars   via in-house experiments, field trials, and customer feedback.    We maintain close relationships with our  partner-suppliers that allow us to upgrade our product offerings with the latest plant introductions.

    Our methods are simple, we cut no corners and use only the finest ingredients in our soil and plants.Quality begins with the soil - each load is mixed from scratch. Each plug - seed or cutting - is either grown at the nursery,  under optimum conditions, or sourced from the finest providers   in the industry.

    Each   plant ,  each  order ,  is  hand    selected and cleaned at harvest, to assure that each order exceeds customer expectations.        Every time.

    Premier Color Nursery is at the forefront of water conservation - we were the first nursery in San Diego to meet the guidelines set forth by the state of California in 2002 to control run-off. All of our water, including district, well & district reclaimed is captured, treated with our state-of-the-art ozone treatment system, then reused. In affect, we use every gallon of water again and again. We also recycle all pots, flats, office products, and scrap production material.
